We need to have pleasant minds to think creatively and have better thoughts come their way. We should have the flexibility to balance time and energy to enjoy our personal life as well. If we keep both unconnected, we can have peace of mind and can be effective in what we do.

Here are some tips for achieving and maintaining a healthy work-life balance::

Set Barriers: We have to set time for family and not be involved in office affairs at that time, similarly, we have to prioritize work in the workplace and not let distractions affect the productivity of the work.

Delegate tasks: When you have too much on your plate, seek help from others without hesitation. Discuss with your manager and colleagues whether you think deadlines are unrealistic or not.

Reach Out for Support: When you are too stressed out, go to people you feel better with and feel better, it can also be a therapist

Unwind yourself: At least for an hour a day try not to use technology and you can find yourself refreshed and live in the present. This will further help you to be balanced.
